Under the theme of Connecting the Dots: Women leading globally, the 2024 FCEM World Congress hosted by Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (WCEI) Australia, will bring together women business owners and leaders from across more than 70 countries.

The 2024 FCEM World Congress will offer delegates the opportunity to connect with like-minded businesswomen through plenary conference sessions, business to business forums, interactive workshops and nightly social events, culminating in a spectacular gala dinner.

World President Marie Christine Oghly

Founded in France by Yvonne Foinant in 1945 at the end of World War II, the association spread through Europe and then expanded into various countries across the five continents. FCEM brings together in a vast wave of friendship and solidarity, women who share a common interest: entrepreneurship.

After more than 70 years of existence, today the FCEM network includes member associations from more than 70 countries, comprising five hundred thousand women across five continents.

Location

Sydney will play host to the 2024 FCEM World Congress. Home to more than 5 million people, with a multicultural melting pot truly representative of the world, Sydney has been named one of the most livable cities in the world.

The Congress will be held alongside the beautiful Sydney Harbour foreshore in the unique heritage venue, Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf. Situated on a spectacular decking area with outstanding views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, city skyline and Darling Harbour.
